your method of eating is very interesting! i agree it does cool the soup down too!! but the use of soy sauce would make the soup too salty and it will lose its original taste in the saltiness of the sauce. you could drink the soup first before dipping the meat and skin into soy next time! :]
u put like SO MUCH soy sauce!!! ive never used soy sauce myself, i always use vinegar only.... you should use lesser soy sauce in the future, its not really good for your kidney.
