@CityBoy1x I don't think it's stupid to wear seatbelts on regular patrol - most officers are killed in traffic accidents. However, when there is a call involving guns it's reasonable to unbuckle. Back in a day most departments didn't require officers to wear seatbelts, and this video is old so that's why officers on the video didn't buckle up.

I was arrested by Officer Holder back in the days. He treated me with respect and dignity. This is a quality you hardly see today. Officer Holder spoke to me and pointed me in the right direction. I now own a multi million dollars business, selling raspao.
