Upon further review, I think its actually an ice cream cone lol. I love these movies. Have you ever seen From The Files of Police Squad, or the show before Naked Gun came out? If you havent, you need to watch those, they are all on youtube. They have some hilarious scenes like where out the window they are supposed to be in Chicago but through the blinds you can see the White House and then in another episode Big Ben is outside, its fucking awesome. lol
