Veoh (can't send an actual link: stupid YouTube). You search "Burst Angel" for the english version, or "Bakuretsu Tenshi" for japanese with english subs (the japanese are fully uploaded, but english are currently still underway). Veoh even lets you download from their site!

yep hay guess what the OVA is comeing Nov 19 of this year and there 2 more Seasions in the works altho thay go down to diffrent Paths. bt is all good.
