Same as Left 4 Dead. In Australia it was banned because humans where getting chopped up with swords - chainsaws - machete's. Guts would fall everywhere, was pretty gory. But it comes down to censorship. Im happy slaying a zombie man, zombie child... bit different.

The reason why the Little Girl isn't there is because some people and organizations don't want children to be in violent video games. If they put children zombies then they would get a crapload of controversy over the kids in the game. The people who were making this game wanted to put some children zombies to make it more realistic but a bunch of people would boycott this game then Dead Island wouldn't make as much money as it did. Besides do you want to hack up a little girl/boy with an axe?
