enough is enough! youtube has been getting away with abusing users long enough. i just got bulk mailed on appeal that all of the INSTRUMENTALS in my channel "violate community standards!" (not copyrights).
as individuals, youtube can afford to ignore us like the faceless corporation it is, but we WILL have a say if the THOUSANDS of us whose free speech has been violated UNITE!
let's start a class action lawsuit! pass the word, it's time to be heard! fight the conspirators using THEIR methods

Surely is is fair to DMCA if no consent was given.
Why should "fair use" exist?
"Fair use" doesn't exist does it?
"Fair use" is a judgement / an opinion.
People should have the right to make video without parts of that video being ripped off and used against them or to ridicule them - sorry if you don't like this statement.
Anyway, DMCA is one way of getting at the haters.

Fact is that everyone has been so dramatic about this so called 'free speech' BS. Whether NaomiKnight made a mistake or it's not a big deal. What you forget is that youtube is not a free country. It's owned and controled by a 'for profit' corporation. Your so-called 'rights' are an illusion here.

You saw naomiknight as one of the good guys? She doesn't tolerate criticism and is even prepared to fight free speech to avoid it. She thinks the sick act of filming somebody's house and posting it on the internet is okay and confuses fighting religion with fighting certain ethnic groups.

Thanks HappyCabbie. I appreciate the offer. I doubt I will be DMCAd because of this video because I'm not using anyone else's clips. I am sure that Naomi is not the type of person who would file a TOTALLY bogus DMCA on a video in which she owns no copyright interest in whatsoever.
