  • This is amazing. I have suffered from severe anxiety for years now. I have been listening to this video a few times a day for just a few days now and have already notice differences. I have noticed changes in my eating habits, I avoid sugary foods now. I am able to breath better and keep myself grounded to reality, where as before my anxiety ran everything. Thank you so much. Please upload more videos like this!

  • Just some short term anxiety i'm dealing with, this helped alot though.

  • I REALLY CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH THS HELPED!!!... I am not yelling either .... I am just astonished.......... I figured "what the heck.... I will try anything"! This helped after 10 minutes. It worked so well I called my dad and said to him "I cannot believe my racing heart stopped" after watching it! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!

  • start of the video: i hope this works, i have anxiety attacks every night so bad i start crying uncontrollably and wanting to kill myself. just beginning to come out of one. still anxious.

    end of the video: video helped calm me down, audio helped keep me calm. im hardly anxious right now.

  • Thanks I used to be so anxious and stressed out all the time but I feel much better these days thanks to listening this regularly for a month now. I feel more confident during my day to day interactions with people, doing oral presentations at college and stuff I used to get really stressed out over, only a couple of weeks ago. This is a very effective method and I strongly recommend it.

  • thanks , 2-3days ago i was very nervous and chainly smoke and drink alchole

    even after 2-3 days i am doing this practice i feel too much better and not smoke not drink alchol .....great .... i want continue .......

  • that was amazing thank you so much, i just started getting anxiety 3days ago, i am a freshman in college and going under the typical college stress, i just hope this is not turning into a long term anxiety disorder, any advice is appreciated

  • @ChiTownJib just keep using the video every day for the next 30 days. then anytime you have extra stress in your life as a refresher. also, I can recommend using a drop of lavendar oil behind each ear if you feel yourself getting panicky, and the Bach Flower Essence "Rescue Remedy." Avoid caffeine and stimulants. Get plenty of sleep. Make sure you have quiet time.

  • @mooreinspire thank you, its day 4 now and i feel quite a bit better since i am home now with family and friends in my usual environment, i had a panic attack 4 days ago, and i have started to take 400mg of suntheanine which is a natural product found in green tea and it seems to of worked immediately, i still feel a little edgy, but i have defiantly had an improvement since day one, i dont think im going crazy or getting a disorder, but i just had a scary experience

  • I have been using this video every day for a week and my anxiety is already lessening. I'm also incorporating therapy, but nothing calms me on a day-to-day basis like these breathing techniques. Thank you so much for this video!

  • Thankyou so much for creating and posting this. I'll definitely be checking out your website & blog because this really helped. I have panic disorder and I'm slowly coming off my medication so this helped when I was having anxiety and making it worse by worrying about a relapse. Fantastic.

  • It worked. Wow. At first, it sounded so ham-fisted, but the constant visualization of relaxation keeps you in the proper mindset, with no means of escaping into anxious thoughts.

    Fantastic. This will really help with my anxiety, which is something I've suffered from for decades.
