Minecraft - Anti-Griefer System

a solution to the sand destroying the water thus having tnt blow up your house is you put torches on the walls but NOT DIRECTLY UNDER when activated, the tnt will fall through the torch but the sand block will break into an item, also, a solution to cobwebs destroyed by water is to have the cobwebs above the water, I believe that the tnt like the torch, will fall through

I hope you can redesign your trap using these tips

Unless the greifer comes behind your anti-griefer object, sees your redstone and assumes it's a trap, and blows it up anyway.

Cobwebs nor Soul Sand work...I think it might work with cake though, I'll go try it.

@CaluckIG Cake and Slabs prevent the tnt from destroing any block above it. The cake or slab however would be destroyed.. You need a Block that tnt will land on but sand won't. Cobweb does exactly that but is now destroid by water/lava. I haven't found an alternative yet...

someone always has to say this. the answer is that unless your house is deep in the wilderness, the explosion will attract attention, the griefer will come back to get the items, he gets caught, do you get the idea?

I haven't tried it but from looking at the video this would be a really useful defense system, you would definitely have to hide the outside of it, although they could still take items and not destroy the stuff but when people grief they like to annoy you as much as possible so they destroy everything, very good considering this is your very first video. Great job :)

I use LB Photo Realism all version i think from 64x to 256x and you don't need HD Patcher. I installed id without HD Patcher...
