@Sn1p3rsh0t2012 Well, unlike Khajiit, the Psijics are not a race, they are an extremely powerful order of mages comprised of mostly, if not all High Elves, that seem to seclude themselves form the rest of the world on the isle of Artaium or however you spell it.

They have the biggest grasp on magic out of anybody in Tamriel and collected all the really big magical goodies in the world so that other's cannot cause harm with them, kind of like what happened in the College.

on console you have to lvl up stealing to 100 and take the armor perk, then you could steal it -.- thats a fcking lot of work to do, so better forget it ;)

This armor is impossible to obtain without console commands as only the psijic mages wear them. @SuperChamporado at the end of the questline, (POSSIBLE SPOILER) there are 3 of them doing something with the eye of the magnus, then you pickpocket them. you need to have lvl 100 pickpocket.

@SuperChamporado well, you can buy or craft pickpocketing gear, (wich gives bonus procent in pickpocketing chance) or you can use trainers. There is a trainer in riften, (Thieves guild) And one in windhelm. (a beggar somewere near the palace) these trainers cost money, but here is a good strategy to how not to pay. you level up once, pickpocket money back, level up once, pickpocket money back etc. etc... It is important that you save alot, if you get caught.

Right now im going to that guy in the Thieves Guild who can lvl me up to 90 but if i make gear to help me pickpocket i have a better chance of pickpocketing like you said so I have 100 enchanting so i can make some armor and i play on the xbox 360.. when you got the robes what did you play on?

@SuperChamporado i was a khajjit/ assain/ warrior, so i didn't get much use from them. when i got them was in the final quest in the college of winterhold. and i forgot to mention, (but you probably know) you can only level 5 times, then you have to level up in the base level. (when you get a perk.)
