@abnormaljovan greasing your scalp with grease or petroleum or mineral oil based greases/oils are bad for your hair because it clogs your scalp which doesnt allow your hair to grow. those materials do not penetrate and just rest on top of your scalp or on your hair and clog hair follicles. so basically no moisture is getting into your hair or scalp if its just resting on top. but you should oil your scalp like once a week and i would use like oils right now im looking into getting castor oil :)

after watching this video, I changed my regimen to use the creme of nature shampoo, the lekair conditioner and the neutrogena leave in conditioner..... AND MY HAIR NEVER FELT BETTER. Within the first week I had less fall out and less breakage and my hair didn't feel dry. Thank you so much for this video.

It's just a simple style where you wear your hair wavy/crinkle from braiding the hair and keeping the braids in for sometime (like overnight) then unraveling them.

Why don you roller set your hair? It will leave it very soft. Eventhough urs looks soft already. But then u can take a break from the heat ;) Just some advice.. :)

Thanks. Yes I do use the garnier prior to flat ironing. I apply it to wet hair and air dry. Then I use a tiny bit of chi once dry. I don't recommend it but I set my flat iron to the highest setting 430. I like my hair straight. If its any constellation, I only went over each section once:)
