I think he's being slightly disengenous when he said that Rothbard understood politics were wrong. Ron Paul says in End The Fed that Rothbard loved politics. Why would he love something he considered wrong? Regular Rothbardians realize that agorism is the only way entirely out of a State but using politics to get government as small as possible until the revolution is not bad.
anarcho-capitalism is stateless capitalism. agorism includes free markets, so mutualists, free market socialists (who are anti-capitalism) can be agorists.
agorism is also a theory of utilizing the black market. you can be an ancap and not an agorist.
"Arrest the cops". That'd be the last episode of "COPS"; John Walsh in cuffs. That's funny. But if you take that statement too literally it's a self-contradiction--which is funnier.
On an editing note, around 4:00, the audio begins to cut out when no one is speaking. This is extremely distracting when there is background audio, namely the birds, cars, and bugs around ya'll. Good message, good delivery, but somewhat painful editing.
Spangler's leaving out the huge fact that the state enforces property and currency, not just taxes. The ruling economic class and the state work in synergistic conjunction.
@dubified89 This is what Rothbard left out, that the founders of America stated their primary motivation for forming the government as the protection of property. So the state/government was created by the ruling class in order to enforce property. However I don't think that this invalidates the concept of property altogether, it's just a fact
You might want to check out some of the credit unions in rural counties in Utah, Montana, Wyoming. It seems to be a Mormon thing. You might also want to explain why you want a "bank" account given the history since 1933. Gold and silver are better money.
If I could use gold and silver to buy my groceries or pay a mortgage that would be a great option. Until that day comes, gold and silver are investments.
Thank you for the suggestion. Very much appreciated.

Thanks for the video. What did he say at 4:43? "We don't have a political problem, we have a crime ____ problem."

Fascinating, well-reasoned arguments.

Any thoughts on how one obtains a bank account without government issued ID?
This reminds me of the Canadian freeman movement. They talk about being able to arrest the police, and many other similar issues as well.

I've bought groceries with silver and a house with gold. YMMV.

@atrickpay11 Yes...'arrest'...

Good point Brad. We don't have a "political" problem (ie. that can be solved by voting in the right candidate)--we have a crime problem.
