i do play lacrosse and i still think hockey has bigger hits. what you would consider to be a big hockey hit is normally bigger than what you would consider to be a big lacross hit. in hockey you are going faster therefore there is more power.

@hayman7 Hockey hits are bigger you're going way faster usually and if you aren't a bender you can somewhat "dig in". Lax hits are big too though

i play both. hockey hits look big because their on skates it's harder to keep your balance. Lacrosse hits may not be more "viewable" but they're hard to make.
