if it takes 7 minutes, the vacuum pump doesnt suck hard enough...
We had a 5.5 m3 tank that filled in under 4 minutes.. i think yours isnt much bigger, from the views of it.
With a centrifugal filler (turbofiller) in the suction line, you can fill in a minute, where the vacuum pump primes the suction hose. (mounted on hydraulic arm in all contracting machines these days)
come on I did not think they made them that small anymore here in canada u dont see vacuum tanks cause they take to long our tank is 25 m3 fills in a minute and the pump on the tractor is a 10 inch pump with 125hp tractor on it If it was a vacuum tank I could role and smoke one and still have time left
we had no choce wat so ever the pit was overflowing big time so we had to do somthing. But i left that job naw and work for a contractor who just does manure spreding have 250ac to get done by saterday night with a dragline on my own
fantastic job!!! luv the fields

You guys still use loose pumps, not vacuum pumps ? It could save you a mess because vacuum tankers dont flow over when full...
