Dear Union and Hackworth

Just from observing the video for a few minutes, I can see you're already falling into the age old American trap of picking athletes instead of soccer players. You have to pick players with INTELLIGENCE and TECHNIQUE in order to play a possession game. Half of these kids don't have the intelligence to maintain possession. They just try to showboat.

Please stop picking athletes and pick soccer players with technique and brains AND THEN mold them into athletes later
