Me and my family stayed in that condo from December ,22 2010 to january 2 2011 and it was awesome, the perfect place for our vacation...we saw lots of turtles in the ocean and even some humpback whales bleaching directly from the lanai...The beach was almost private never more then 10 or 15 persons at the same time on that beach...Fred was very helpful and friendly when I talked to him on the phone.
