The Caddy is not a new vehicle. It can be found on a golf course in GTA Vice City or San Andreas... I can't remember.

@SnowShoes93 gta 4 in my opinion is better because you get a nice full story and if your a busy guy the game could take months but the story is better than tbogt if your looking for more weapons vehicles and activities the get tbogt .hope this helped

if you go to GTA SA you will most of the poeple playing GTA SA online (PC) because it delivers 100 times more options to play with.
