  • What is your name? Do you have DVDs on these exercises that I can purchase?? My problem area has always been my hips, butt, and thighs. Most of my weight is in my thighs. I small from the top and big on the bottom!

  • i know i need muscle to lose weight, but are there any exercises to avoid if i don't want to bulk up? Especially in the thigh region. I feel like when i exercise, i tend to feel too muscular and manly as opposed to feeling slim and lean.

  • @Irenerz Don't worry about bulking up, people often think that just by doing strengh training they're going to get all muscular, but that's not true, you need a loooottt of training and sometimes even good genes to be able to get like that, if you mix these exercises with some cardio you'll end up looking slim and toned, as instead of bulky :)

  • @monashow Just make sure that your doing the exercises correctly.. the form really matters and if your doing it right you should feel a burn :)

    i already do a lot of sports and i cant lose my inner thighs :(

    ive done 100 on each legs and i feel a little burn and after 5 mintues i cont feel it anymore. ive done EVERY exercice she says for the inner thighs and i dont feel any difference :(

  • @monashow try this: search omarisuf guide to build shapely thighs. this guys has a lot of energy and the workouts work! if the reps dont make you burn do more! hope this helps a bit!

  • @monashow strengthening BUILDS muscle not loses fat. to lose fat you need to make sure you're eating healthy, not technically diet just better eating habits, and add some cardio or aerobics to your workout. strengthening alone will basically just build muscle under the fat :)

  • its supposed to work out ur butt not knees. If it hurts ur knees ur doing it wrong

  • that exercise helped me alot lose more than 10 kg in two months beside another thing which is oriental dance i recommend to try it as an effective way to lose weight

  • I prefer squats, no offense. Just some people work differently. I think squats are better. But i guess thats just cause my legs are stronger than hers, naturally of course since im a guy, and i work out.

  • i did workout similar to tis one n other pilates workout for legs at least 3x a week.....n i can feel the difference on my thigh. my pants are loose now.....i'm thrill !

  • the problem with questions like that is you are not committed to changing your habits you just want a quick fix. it takes as long as it takes. change your fat intake, commit yourself to an exercise program. doing all the exercises this girl has to offer will change the shape of your legs over time. but how long it takes is up to you.

    U have to make sure ur legs do nto touch teh ground at all and u'll feel the burn, trust me =]

  • try this 1 tht i do, its 1 where you sit in straddle position, and lean forward with elbows on the ground, it really burns, but is sooooo good. ;)
