What is your name? Do you have DVDs on these exercises that I can purchase?? My problem area has always been my hips, butt, and thighs. Most of my weight is in my thighs. I small from the top and big on the bottom!
i know i need muscle to lose weight, but are there any exercises to avoid if i don't want to bulk up? Especially in the thigh region. I feel like when i exercise, i tend to feel too muscular and manly as opposed to feeling slim and lean.
@Irenerz Don't worry about bulking up, people often think that just by doing strengh training they're going to get all muscular, but that's not true, you need a loooottt of training and sometimes even good genes to be able to get like that, if you mix these exercises with some cardio you'll end up looking slim and toned, as instead of bulky :)

@monashow strengthening BUILDS muscle not loses fat. to lose fat you need to make sure you're eating healthy, not technically diet just better eating habits, and add some cardio or aerobics to your workout. strengthening alone will basically just build muscle under the fat :)

the problem with questions like that is you are not committed to changing your habits you just want a quick fix. it takes as long as it takes. change your fat intake, commit yourself to an exercise program. doing all the exercises this girl has to offer will change the shape of your legs over time. but how long it takes is up to you.
