  • i can always imagine this song when i remember something sad happened

  • Haha I was listening to this I was holy crap I know this. Even though I never watched the movie. Looked through the comments and a comment reminded me I know it from top gear

  • este tema me recuerda a una tarde tomando flunitrazepam

  • this song tells me there is hope and the world will not end this year!

  • Can someone please tell me what genre of music this falls under. tyvm.

  • @SchoolofLuke well its using the synthesizer so i would go with either Ambient music or Trance

  • @SchoolofLuke ambient

  • i first heard this from top gears review of the v12 vantage

  • this scene in my mind remains one of the best scenes in cinema history, when he notices the airliner flying overhead, Britain was just a diseased little island that everybody forgot about, and continued living their lives

  • Song makes life better at points of bad times

  • OMFG I HAD THIS ON MY MP3 PLAYER AND LOVE IT DO DEATH! BUT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS FROM ONE OF MY FAVORTIE MOVIES!

    mind = BL0WN

  • @MadamFoogie It's by Brian Eno and was actually originally made for For All Mankind (1989), a documentary about the Apollo space program. Gets used all over the place though.

  • This song was in Drive too

  • @Virginofrape rofl nice name

  • great movie great song

  • I dont know why people say that is funeral song....

from my point of view its more like hope for a bright future...

  • @ScipioNew rotflmfaocopter

  • @ScipioNew thats the point i think

  • if i die i want to die with this song in the background

  • this song makes me want to drift into the abyss with the clouds....

  • This is my favorite movie.

  • @VirginOfRape HELL YEAH! :D

  • this theme is so imotional, makes me think of friends or family that are no longer with us,awesome theme!!!

  • omg i remember this from the nspcc advert. haunting all the same

  • I LOVE 28 Days Later. I also enjoyed the film "Drive", but did they have to use this song. I know alot of films take good songs from other films, but it does annoy me

  • If this doesn't reach you, down in the depths of your soul, then nothing will. Sounds like a dream you wish you could keep forever.

  • this song is also now used as the main theme for the film Drive...

John Murphy, created the best sound track for 28 days later (2002) and then Sunshine (2007) and now he is reaping the benefits with his soundtrack being used in more recent flicks like Kick Ass, Drive etc...

  • @CoolSakuraba

I was surprised by Kickass man, I was holding off watching it, thinking it would just be some teen comedy, but damn I was wrong LOL! Really glad I finally watched it

  • bloody hell, instant goosebumps.

  • hey...i've heard this song somewhere else....

  • @otakuman600 Its one of those songs you hear once, and then just instantly recognize you've heard it before; whatever the situation.

  • I swear, they use this song in the movie "Drive" like 3 times. If not, it sounds exactly the same.

  • @MurphyBros70 You're right, it's the same song and they did play the hell out of it in Drive. From "Brian Eno". He has A LOT of good ambient tracks.

  • i swear they play this on them charity adverts too :S

  • This piece by Eno always brings tears to my eyes. The first time I heard it was during a mediation for training for AIDS care partners, I find this piece almost as powerful as Samuel Barber's Adagio for strings

  • This is Brian Eno in case anyone wanted to know

  • @readytoliveagain You, sir, are a winner.

  • I love when the horses were running! This is such an awesome movie!

  • My funeral song.

  • @Mike8901000 Just right before you raise up out of your casket as a zombie ;) Great song!

  • Im feeling a bit of lightness in myself towards hearing this song

  • @vongoladecimo23

    That's weird... I feel like I have to take a piss o.o

  • @JagBlirGaaaaalenn okay I wasnt expecting that

  • @vongoladecimo23

    Me neither... :|

  • This is the piece of music that plays when a soldier and his friends, faced with impossible odds stand their ground against an unmatchable enemy, outnumbered and out gunned they take arms, and shoot down every enemy that tried to hurt them or their friend, until they are out of ammo, standing tall and proud ready to die for their cause. This isn't relaxing, it's really a piece of music perfect for a war film or game.

  • @Cha0sLord93 its relaxing to me

  • beautiful but not to be played if u feel sad

  • luv it

  • reminds me of halo. dunno why.

  • This song just makes me want to cry ; (

  • love it

  • its beautiful when they see the horse's running by it just makes me want to cry its very touching.... (:

  • The actual song is Brian Eno - Ending

  • This is music I expect to hear when I go to heaven (or IF...;))), it's soothing and sad and joyful all at the same time, with a pinch of regret to not have lived life to the full...

  • I had forgotten that the musical score for this movie was so beautiful. I could listen to this all day, because it reminds me of better things in life...and hope.

  • please danny boyle direct 28 months later and put this music in it again thanks

  • @User85871 They Are Making It Right Now but there arent any info yet because its long until 2013

  • @TheJorgen123456

Really`Are they working on it? :)

  • @stratofan100 yes just go on imdb's website and the search for 28 months later even avatar 2 and 3 are coming soon

  • @TheJorgen123456

  • I have never liked horror movies. But this movie was seriously something special. Perfect.

  • Danny Boyle you are a genius.

  • @redskinmask you mean john murphy...the genius who created all of the soundtracks to the film

  • @iHustleTree this isnt john murphy, its brian eno

  • The film, soundtrack and actors were all brilliant and I can proudly say that 28 Days Later is my all time fav movie. For every reason.

  • there will never be a better zombie movie with such an amazing soundtrack.

  • Love this ending piece of music. You can feel despair....hope....fear....and loss all at the same time. What an emotional roller-coaster this music takes you on. One of the best soundtracks I have ever heard.

  • sounds filmilur

  • wonderfully uplifting but haunting piece of music, fantastic with the film. pure genius!

  • Who would win out of this fight? Vote now guys.. (Copy & Paste)

Rage infected Frank Vs. Rage Infected Don

    Infected Frank: 0

    Infected Don: 1

Personally I'm picking Don, cos he was badass as an infected

  • @Nemesis2459 who is don?

  • @VirginOfRape

  • "you think there infected?" "no,...there doin just fine"

  • @Doodlesandsquiggles there is their btw but out of the whole film that scene was the most peaceful made the movie great...\

  • With this song is playing, i can imagon people walking around in HazMat suits with those scary gas masks spraying random shit with a close up of a face in a gas mask - fking freaky. Thumbs up if you can picture this in ur mind with this song playing

  • @Scorpian472 ...

    Nope.

  • @Scorpian472 "Thumbs up if..." Nah bro. Quit asking for thumbs up.

  • @BloXboX37 Thumbs up doesnt mean anything, im just interested to know if i imagoned sumin interesting, Btw, i dont ever recall "asking" for thumbs up. Stupid reply mate

  • @Scorpian472 "Thumbs up if you can picture this in ur mind with this song playing" why yes, yes you did ask for thumbs up. Stupid reply mate

  • @Scorpian472 Didnt you no that a question (if not rhetorical) need a question mark? - That was a question. I just said thumbs up if you can picture bla bla bla. • this is just..wow

  • beautiful song :)

  • 28 days later is masterpiece

  • this was so beautiful when it played in the movie..

  • I,m sorry to be mournful but if this doesn't get played at my funeral i'll come back and haunt you all lol

  • 28 days later is so much better than 28 weeks later it's ridiculous. Unfortunately I feel like if they were to make another sequel it would be terrible

  • I want to be listening to this song when I die. It just seems perfect for it.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema so true thats why they put it in the ending when jim dies.....least thats what i think it fits with death....in a good way i mean

  • Una pieza musical emocionalmente relajante.............

  • This song evokes such emotion...

  • It pissed me off when Frank died. Stupid fucking crow....

  • @Kongo001 agreed

  • @Kongo001 do not insult crow's

  • @Kongo001 I cried. :(

  • @Kongo001 but why did he go and fuck with it

  • @Kongo001 I cry every time.

  • @Kongo001 it wasn't the crows fault, he poked the dead infected bod with a stick and the blood from it fell into his eye.

  • What do you mean americanized its a british film look it up

  • Brain Eno - An Ending, is the real Name. :)

  • john murphy makes the best scores specially for danny boyle movies. ♥

  • I loved the movie, but I hated the ending. I didn't get it. Would someone explain it to me?

  • @tehzombeh98 At the end when they escaped the psycho paths they found a house in the woods and they made a huge help me sign cause the military was looking for survivors in the F-16 jets well Selena heard a jet so they ran out there placed the sign. Couple days later the army came and picked them up. Or for better detail read the graphic novels.

  • @bbmanmegyer the soldiers werent really pyschopaths, they were only desperate

its sad really i think we would understand if we were in there situation of all of the same sex were stuck in a hopeless situation with no good vison of a future

  • @ogopolo It only takes a month to get rapey. Less than a month - 28 days.

  • @egraseidannogew I think you fail to see the bigger picture. They thought they were the only ones left. Nothing but men. And they weren't sure they would even survive.

  • @SuperOnlineCinema So when we think the end of the world is here, the men who survive will rape the first women they find, including teenagers, because of their instinctive behaviours are to survive by any means they can and to reproduce without regard of their former humanities they possessed a month ago - which they seem to lose when shit gets too hot in the apocalypse.

  • everybody says they americanized 28 weeks later.....it was militarized not americanized. Get it straight.

    :P

  • Comment removed

  • P.S I'm not racist... some of my best friends are American. ;)

  • 28 weeks l8r can suck my dick.

  • @spinkydoodle101 Ye I just watched it last night. They sure "Americanized" that didn't they? Shocking.

  • @JamaicanGingerCake 28 weeks later is so like: "omg an infected ! NAAAAAPPPPAAAAALLLMMMMMM!!!!" and still miss =/

  • @lannabananah Yep... all those Americans seem to be able to hit is british people these days. In film and in life. Some might say they don't think they like us anymore :)

...and.. "OMG there's a monster in the kitchen... I know what I'll do to save myself... I'll run past the front door and up the stars to where I'm cornered. That should do the trick... Shit he's eating my face!!! agghh!!!" THICK!

  • Reminds me of sad top gear s13 ending..

  • No wonder Danny Boyle has great success with his movies that man knows a good tune when he hears it

  • yo! este sonido es bellisimo !..

this song is beautiful... i added this song in my favorites this song is awesome 5/5!

  • ...i wish that this song never ended... so beautiful..

  • This soundtrack and movie just proves that even in the face of armageddon there is hope and beauty still left in the world. Although gory, 28 days later is humanistically a beautiful story. Boyle is an amazing director!

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh pure awsomness xD

  • Alissa...

  • 5 people are contaminated with the rage virus

  • This music is very strong! But ear it with caution! It has very melancollic effects and its very very sad!

  • I will make your grave....., for you are vile.

  • I'd be really grateful if someone could tell me in what scene of the movie this song is played, I don't have it at home so I can't watch the entire thing right now:/

  • @KingLucas01 it's played when their having a picnic & watching the horses run along side each other!! beautyful scene i think!! also it's played when their making their way down the motorway towards manchester in search of help!!

  • @KingLucas01 Very end, when Jim and the two girls are in the cottage, (cant remember their names at the moment) are spotted by that low flying recon jet, ergo, an ascent :)

  • @KingLucas01

in the scene where frank, hannah, jim and selena are watching the peaceful living horse ''family''. :) very beautiful.

  • 28 days later is christmas?! whaaa?

  • I saw this used on a car speeding/crash awareness video at the main character's funeral. Pure brilliance

  • Sounds a lot like "Everyone's Fixed Memories" / The Butterfly Effect

  • @sasha894 yesssssss, thank you i thought it sounded familiar !!

  • who farted?

  • who farted?

  • Music like this with no words no lyrics just that smooth sound sweet creative melodies can really unlock and open the mind to new things. Music and art like this can really make one see things with new color and texture. Give the mind poetic thoughts of beauty, nature, life, hardship, drama, struggle and so much more. It can really make the human at peace as if nothing was wrong. When you really take the time go somewhere free your mind open your eyes and listen to music like this.

  • i would not have a picnic during a zombie invasion but i have not seen the entire movie

  • @GothicCurls9 same here man, finally found it! :)
