kickers are the biggest embarrassment to the game of football. I've always had the idea of one day, the NFL making a rule that allows all PATs, kickoffs, and punts, to be executed only by a player that was on the field the previous play. Good idea? I THINK SO. kickers = field fairies.

Your looking for George Blanda. He was a QB that kicked But making a player kick and punt is likely not going to happen as it will end up removing a player from the teams roster. A team will get a kicker and say he is the 4th string QB or a receiver when he really has no intention of playing the position. Then you lose a good receiver or 4th string qb for example.
