@kayboo22456 make sure that you drink a lot of water!!!!! Also, make sure that you exercise, because it can send more oxygen to your head and make your hair grow faster! Ask your doctor for what vitamins will help you hair grow!:) I know that fit is important to eat fish, because fish oil is really healthy:D

you should always use conditioner after shampooing because shampooing opens the folecules in your hair and conditioner closes them xx
