  • @ParkourAssassin08 Yes weighted pull ups will deff help with muscle ups, u see me exploding up with some pull ups, those are great to get your hips above the bar lol

  • @d0fuz i recorded this in 2 days, in my workouts i dont like to fck with the camera, takes to much time to place and angle the cam.. but basicly i do this in 1 day with alot more, lol and yes i got a job

  • beast!!! how can your body take all these sets, especially the weighted dip and pullup sets? maybe these workouts take at least 2 hours. do you also work legs like doing weighted pistol squats and glute ham raises?
