Plantronics Voyager Pro HD Bluetooth Headset

Will this headset plus the built-in bluetooth on any laptop be able to pair up for skype or other VOIP programs? if yes; will it have the same functionality as the plantronics model that comes with the usb device?

What is that APP you have on your iPhone that lets you check the battery? I couldn't find anything under Plantronics. I own a new iPhone 4S.

@guynhills It's actually not an app. It's automatic with this headset. :)

@guynhills Interesting. Maybe it only does it for the iPhone 4 and earlier. The iPhone 4S was not out yet when Plantronics developed this headset.

@phototristan Oh, yeah. Could be. It's kind of a cool thing but the Voyager also lets you know how much time is left so it's no big deal. BTW - this headset is insanely awesome!

Yes I am keeping mine crossed as well...but its odd but I couldn't find this on amazon..I usually buy everything from there..any how you can get a pouch for this on amazon for 8 bucks...very handy

@NigeriaHammad7 I can't believe this did not come with the case. It most certainly should have. I received the case today and it is quite nice.

@phototristan Wow...you must have gotten overnight shipping..haha I always do that also I'm inpatient...had to become a prime member. And you are right it is crazy that it didn't come with a case. The UC came with one I guess because it was over 99 dollars, but still with it being a high end bluetooth it should come with a case. I know of way less expensive bluetooths that still come with a case. Glad you got your case though! It will save you a lot of worry about breaking such a great product.

Great video, I have actually bought the pro plus and the UC version and happened to get bad units, I picked this up today at best buy and I pray it works well I loved the UC cause it has the same sensor in it but it comes with a bluetooth dongle for the computer which I didn't need but I'm happy this HD came out! can't wait to use it!

@NigeriaHammad7 I had an original Voyager Pro that went bad. Plantronics replaced it under warranty for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this one is reliable. It's working well so far.
