Interesting gamelan/gong like sounds happening with the clip(s) but it gets a bit static after a while. The variation comes from the clips as the rhythmic pattern is established very early on.
Well that's partly the reason why I don't play it anymore. On the Spoombung record there are other musicians joining me like saxphonist, John Butcher and flugel player Iain Smith - and that adds immensley to the tone palette. It's a minimal effect with just myself and the assistant.
