damn - i stumbled upon the original of this 'added lyrics' and had to comment here - for years I resisted star trek because of guys like this - I now love voyager and realise my ignorance and will check the rest out - but c'mon - this makes me sick - the music is superb (request it to be played at my funeral) - there is no need for lyrics - especially shit ones. Please stop doing this.

They got pulled by the caretaker because he was looking for a creature that could help him produce an heir or something like that. They could have gone home the same way but Janeway decided to destroy the array because if they just left then the Kazon would take over it and have control over the Ocampa and be able to travel across great distances. The caretaker is some weird alien with amazing powers who died.
