I love the redefining of the word 'Hero' . I imagine that the oxford dictionary will have to amend it's meaning to try include Britains body bag culture.

Our military having been doing a job for decades, too many seem to have no memory of the constant threat of the IRA and how it affected day the day to life of the ordinary squaddie. Our troops are celebrated today, and rightly so, but not so long ago we were forced to disguise that fact we served our Country or else chance becoming yet another target.

yep gotta agree with you. my nephew just returned from afghan on thursday after a 7 month tour of duty. my daughter has joined waiting to hear of dates.Dont want her to go but she has mind of her own.hate to see news and footage of coffins with union flags.
Well, I can only wish that she stays safe, Boss. Just remember who led us into this shit at the next general election. The British Army is being bled dry fighting these ragheads. The day we get clear of ragheadland wont be a day to soon.

18th September 2010, the LibDem Party make the awarding of the NDM a policy.
This means that the 3rd & 4th (UKIP) biggest political parties in the UK now support the concept. When will the big 2 step up?
