From what i've seen there are several reasons why I think people dislike Cena.

1. They are just plain jealous that he makes money, in better shape, and/or gets all the chicks.

2. His limited move set. from a practical point If you weren't over with the crowd, or selling a whole lot of merchandise you would need to have a varied move set to compensate but because Cena is making Vince money and don't need to risk injury by doing certain moves why fix what isn't broken.

.3. People want change.
