but Nintendo still has rights to the series, Rare can't "really" do anything, they just made the games, plus they do get some of the profit if DK64 makes it onto the VC, so i think it will come out in about a year, if Rare decides to do so,...

Nintendo has the right to put it on there. all they would do if they did port it is change any label that has "Rare" on it to "Nintendo" and of course change the word "hell" in the rap to "heck" cuz Nintendo are a bunch of pussies like that.
