thanks! i tried this earlyer today, sorry if this is a silly question but after 3 weeks the root was longer then that of the root at 8 weeks?? im probaby wrong but i dont get it

yes, you have to put the round end down and the pointy end up. you may see small initial roots on the round end already.

use a large container and don't despair it takes ages to root!
