Ok if the Universe is only a mirror, why do some people not smile at me when I smile at them, or worse, completly igrnore me. I put out a great deal of love and I see little reflected back to me from the mirror. So I am definately not getting a mirror type of effect from the Universe I get a muddied reflection that brings me little happiness. It is not your surface behavior that is reflected, but your deeper beliefs about life. Then change your world view to be a reflection of what you want to experience.

What kind of fact does the "holographic universe" theory hold? all we know is a perception from our senses, so if we sense something, to ourselves that thing exists. But take away the perception and nothing exists to us. This makes me think of the Matrix, because the theory states that something must be supplying us with the perceptions we experience. Maybe nothing exists as a physical form, because it is only our perceptions that tell us about the universe.

People must understand that the universe doesn't work in a mechanical manner. When you smile at the universe, it doesn't necessarily mean that you will get happiness back, because other people will see you smiling, and therefore treat you better. It's about energy, your real fealings and intentions.
