I've heard similar things in the UK about the bees disappearing, but there's an interesting twist because there are more URBAN beekeepers appearing and doing well because people are growing things in our cities; flowers, herbs, vegetables and all sorts in just lots and lots of little places and it all adds up to a lot of diversity for bees. It was an unexpected bit of good news for me, so I hope it gives you a little comfort against the big business guys that they're not destroying *everything*.
What did America expect? This agriculture thing started back in the 1960's and Americans never went to bat for the small farmers. Some of us small farmers started losing our farms long ago. It would be wise to mention the federal lawsuit is also a way this can be corrected. If someone is wealthy they could hire a law firm. Or for lower income people they can study federal law and file their own lawsuit acting as their own attorney. Its worth a try.

The people need to send a clear message to Senators that anyone who approves this bill will be viewed by the people as a danger to the public, that growing food is a basic human right, and that the people themselves intend to take action against any politicians who support this bill to ensure they are taken to the Hague to stand trial for crimes against humanity and the environment.

I've heard similar things in the UK about the bees disappearing, but there's an interesting twist because there are more URBAN beekeepers appearing and doing well because people are growing things in our cities; flowers, herbs, vegetables and all sorts in just lots and lots of little places and it all adds up to a lot of diversity for bees. It was an unexpected bit of good news for me, so I hope it gives you a little comfort against the big business guys that they're not destroying *everything*.

What did America expect? This agriculture thing started back in the 1960's and Americans never went to bat for the small farmers. Some of us small farmers started losing our farms long ago. We couldn't compete. Americans have been either too busy or asleep for too long. People are still asleep. I am old and tired of fighting these battles. It has been exhausting. Now our grand kids will suffer tremendously. .

It seemed that every week a farmer was shooting himself becasue he lost the family farm and let down his wife and kids somehow. It would be wise to mention the federal lawsuit is also a way this can be corrected. If someone is wealthy they could hire a law firm. Or for lower income people they can study federal law and file their own lawsuit acting as their own attorney. Its worth a try.
All the federal laws are right on the Internet. Google FRCP :)
One thing is for sure, the federal court system does have the power to correct any law which is unconstitutional. :)

The people need to send a clear message to Senators that anyone who approves this bill will be viewed by the people as a danger to the public, that growing food is a basic human right, and that the people themselves intend to take action against any politicians who support this bill to ensure they are taken to the Hague to stand trial for crimes against humanity and the environment.

@aodscarecrow The people informed their reps they did not approve the bailout in 08. It still went through. The people shouted loud & clear - no to obamacare. They got it anyway. Over a million tax protesters marched on Washington in 09 & were mostly ignored by gov & media. Isnt it time the people took a leaf out of 'their' reps books by ignoring them & their "laws". Perhaps people should revoke consent to be governed and grow all the food they want. Trials are not viable in any de facto court.

Even worse than putting Farmers out of business, this is another way of separating Man from the Land. The further apart we are from Nature, the less REAL our lives are. The Revolution begins with people starting their own plots on their own land, and being self -sufficient to a larger or lesser degree. We have a street fair in my town tomorrow. While there is still time, I was thinking of making a little flyer concerning S510 that points people to Dr. Rima's website activist form. This Bill is being rushed through The House without much Congressional or Public oversight... Heck, I don't even know enough about the bill to be an authority against it. Allowing Big Corporations to proclaim sovereign rights over the people seems just plain wrong.

I seen a youtube video of someone else talking about the S510 bill and he has a wonderful idea....He said all of us should take on the spirit of Johny Appleseed and go around and plant real untouched seeds all over the place everywhere we go....how about posting a video calling for everybody to start collecting and planting real seeds everywhere? I think this is a briliant idea.

Here we don't have an immigration policy because we have this thing we call February which weeds out the frail folk. A North Dakota university is studying the nutritional needs of the bees, they are studying the specific plants that bees needs. Hopefully in a year or two, we will know the kinds of plants and flowers that are necessary for healthy bees.

We need to do everything we can but unfortunately we are fighting a losing battle. Until we hold a revolution and refuse the authority of the government, they will do what they want. The people said no to the bailout, the people said no to the healthcare bill, they both got passed. No matter what we do if they want this passed they will find a way. Best thing to do now is stockpile seeds and gardening supplies while you can still buy them.
