I got 4 t-60's, cool guitars....I also have one of the first 5 prototype bodies, bought it from the great Chip Todd, the designer of the T-60, He personally added binding and the finish...going to make a custom T-60 with it.
yeah im gonna be buried w my t-60 also.....i have an 85 and a 87 looooooove them ...every time i try a new guitar out i compare to my t60s.......great guitars you can getem on.........never mind thats a secret but...they average between 400 and 500 in good shape.......not alot left out there ....aw hell you can getem on ebay or craigs list...
Awesome. I own an '87, too- the last year they were made. I absolutely love it. Out of my whole guitar collection, NOTHING sounds like it. I plan on being buried with it :) :) Keep playin'! And hold on to it!
Nice! I have a T-60 also--circa 1982 I think. They are pretty nice guitars--they're quality American made, they play and sound nice, and you can find them for pretty cheap. I bought mine about 5 years ago, excellent condition, for maybe $225--I don't remember exactly, but it was well worth it. Enjoy it!
My first guitar was a Peavey T 60.I got it back in 1979. I wish I hadn`t sold it because it was a beautifully well crafted guitar.Enjoy it my friend...

If you have fret buzz this guitar can be easily adjusted. You can download the manual at the peavey website for free
