Good stuff, great work, positive effort. This is time well spend and should be encouraged in any lock-up environment . this gives a person a sense of recognition, a sense of worthiness as well as a sense of pride. Above all it keeps a person occupied in a positive way. I know there are those that no matter what one does will not change some people, but not all should be judged the same.
