At first I was disgusted that New Order sold out. But then I thought, at least it was vodka, and a good vodka, and not a shampoo ad. And if the Absolut people are wise enough to choose a classic (and not TOP40) song specifically apealing to the 40yr old(and introducing a new generation) diehards who have a special place in their hearts for this song....then so be it. And I specifically bought (and cracked) a bottle to support it. If they'd used Temptation, I'd have bought a case!!!

I like the absurd contradictio of this ad. The only 'something' most people do after imbibing Absolute is pivot about on one leg, spraying uring and shouting obsenities. It's Abstaining which promotes one actually doing something.
