@2ndCthulhu look up the technique "inhale screams." his signature lows are inhaled and his high screams are exhaled. exhaling your screams takes quite some time (usually) to learn because they are considered more complicated, where as inhaling your screams are a little more simpler. personally, i think it's much more impressive to exhale those low notes but his style fits.

and those trigger malfunctions, ugh i know how that shit is, it was a good try bro.

Thanks for the info, but what are your sources? I've been listening to vocals and trying to analyse them for quite a while now and these vocals don't seem to be inhale. (Maybe I've never heard real low inhales, but inhales usually are rather high-pitched, even when done low IME)

Their drummer doesn't suck. When we were on tour with them, David nailed it EVERY single night.

I even asked him about this particular video and he told me he was having serious problems with his triggers. Trust me, he can play that shit pretty well live.

@CONNOREXPLOSION oh well im a guitarist i've just heard from some drummers that u can cheat using triggers but never really got into it because....im a guitarist...drumming would be funner tho. sounds to me that triggers make your playing cleaner...which is technically cheating....but the same goes for expensive guitar amps n pedals, they cut out the sloppyness. you're still doing the work...just not as cleanly as triggers/pedals/quality amps will make it.
