Penny achieved in a few years what many NBA players don't achieve at all in their careers.
Absolutely, agree, Penny is still one of the Top 10 guards of all-time, injuries or no injuries....amazing natural talent.

Penny had smarts beyond his years...my fav player of all-time. He should have some MVP's and rings if not for injuries. His highlights back then can put highlights 2day 2 shame!!!

@snapplelemon What other full games with Penny do you have on tape.I have been trying to get ahold of Penny's rookie season & a few yrs after all on tape.Games the tragic won or lost.I love Penny & Shaq but the rest of the tragic can go some where.Ooops I also loved Dennis Scott as well,he was the reason I wanted to be a 3 point shooter in my days of playing ball.Love it.

@fabfive8 Man I dont care if this guy only had 3 good seasons Penny is in the top 20 when it comes to skills.Theres not a gaurd in the NBA with his size and passing ability...6'7 196lb point gaurd.Crazy!!
