  • @sassygrl1731 its really not that hard, there are some simple things you can do that can help you lose those 20lbs.

  • @helldx07 Its so much easier for a guy! You don't have to worry about monthly fluctuation. 30 days makes a habit. Just decide how important it is to you. My plan is stated in this video at the end.

  • I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more...try it definitely, also many useful information there ;)) kiss

  • I need a workout....i am 37, 5"10, 220. i don't eat much or workout at all. i just don't have the desire. i sit around and watch tv and type on the computer all day. i drink about 3 bottles of .5 liters of water per day and maybe eat twice a day. i rarely eat breakfast, lunch will be a big meal (mcdonalds, shake, chinese food, pizza) and i'll be full by dinner that i most likely dont even eat. if i do then it maybe ice cream or some plums. i can't sleep at night anymore. i am passing out at 4am

I think we all could learn about putting up a goal in the future and then going for it,that is a problem that people that have an overweight situation could learn how to solve ,at least that is how it worked for me, I lost 90 pound in 6 months and God that was worth it!!!!

  • I tried Atkins over a decade ago and it worked Ok at first from what I recall, I tried it more recently and nothing other than an awful feeling.

    However fatloss4idiots which I had ignored for years I gave a shot and it's working beautifully, I'm losing about 9lb every 11 days and loving it, except for 1 of the 11 days which is most/all veg, oh well. clickbank are fast at giving refunds so no risk, I am 280lb now and plan to reach 220lb by the 1st quarter '09 by doing the 11 day cycle till then.

  • I have one question.. I have Thyroid problems the (slow one) will this work for me?? I have tried other diets workouts and it takes me forever to loose anything. I work out 5x a day and also do stregth training and ab workout i try to not eat more than 1500 calories a day and i am still struggling. if you can give advise it would be well appreciated.   • Thyroid. I have no idea. You should be super skinny by now. All I can think is if you do the simple steps for 30 days without cheating your weight should plummet. Keep a diary. You are probably eating more than you think or binge eating which will mess up the program.

  • Get your steps in EVERYday until you get to your goal weight.

    Treadmill: I can do it at speed 2 without any incline and not break a sweat. It takes me about 1 and a half hours.

    The Easy way to do the 200 calories is to buy prepackaged tv dinners from your grocery store @ 200 calories or less ea & ALWAYS have 4-6 protein bars with you.

    80 ounces or non-caloric liquid!!

  • dieting in itself no,depend on the amount of digestible protein that you have,do not simply skip meals,that it actually a pretty good indicator,hair gets shinny and skin look moistered and soft when diet is succesfully done.

  • Sounds exactly like the Lindora plan. Problem is it comes back FAST once you start eating normally. FYI: Remaining in a state of ketosis is DANGEROUS - (kidney failure, kidney stones) Google Ketosis and see for yourself!

  • The 10,000 steps a day are critical. I'm not able to lose consistently without it as I have a bid appetite. When I wear my pedometer I only get in 2,000 to 2,500 steps per day normally.
