hi i have a problem with my PC. I had a virus in my computer but i deleted the virus but the virus damaged my comp and everything is messed up i cant use internet, download anything, and its super slow. the internet connection icon doesn't even show and when i open there is no internet connection icons and programs. I've herd that you can delete everything with a cd and make it brand new but i dont have that cd and i wanna make my computer new and fast. please help me out. Thanks for the video.
@deadpoop12 AT Dead....12 - You can contact Microsoft to order replacement media as in an operating system disc - or contact your computer manufacturer for a replacement/system restore discs.
here's my situation. i have tried both solutions several times. I have attempted to install a copy of Windows XP Proffesional (as i am not bothered about restarting and losing everything), however my pc won't even let me access the setup. I have changed my BIOS to priority 1 of boot from CD-ROM, but it doesn't load up setup. I am on the verge of giving up and turning to MAC. anybody got any final ideas?
