What a terrific clip (with terrific, chi-stirring music)! It's gives just a taste of the book to come, but plainly a Primodial QiGong banquet is being prepared for us. In the dance of images, I caught glimpses of a 5-Element pentacle, a follow-in-my-footsteps breakdown of the moves, full body shots of the masters doing the form... a book with truly universal appeal and of universal benefit.
I have been practicing Primordial Qigong as taught by Master Don Rubbo for several years. Everyday I am amazed at the new insights I discover doing the form. I continue to receive new benefits in all areas of my life through my continuing practice.
