    You get it from a quest in some place, I believe in Canterbury Commons, you'll find two people fighting with Robawts and stupid 'ol ants. The quest is called 'The Supermutant Gambit'

    Its really easy, but who doesn't want easy experience?

  • Yes they are. The DLC is on its way to the PS3, and the last DLC Pack will be available on the Network store around september, if bethesda can keep to their deadline.
