  • I loved this part of Sesame Street... this, the martians (nopenopenopenope uh huhh raaaaiidooo yipyipyipyip haha) and the pinball counting song. comforting to me as a kid.

  • i will give you the lyrics: noo noo moo noony noony noo huh? hmm ooh *click* b *bong bong bong* huh? *bong* *woooooooo* *clickety clickety clickety* ball *crash* huh? mmm *boomp* wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

  • ball.

    huge ball comes down

he tries to hit the ball

    "blue!"

  • Why would he be angry at the ball?

  • Give oss more of this shit! NOW!

  • I have only just realized that he has the same letter on multiple spots on his keypad, yet only has 26 keys :)

  • thats one retarded typewriter

  • noony noony noo.

  • No, no, no .. B is suppose to be for bubble D:

  • i lol'd so hard i farted! now i have to open a window dammit.

    thanx a lot noony guy!

  • This talking typewriter was one of my fave Ss characters as a kid. There is however another Letter B skit I'm looking for and can't find. It shows a bunch of things that start with B lined up on a wall. At the end a boy with a bat and ball comes and "knocks everything flat". This one was also used in ET. Does anyone know how I can find it? It doesn't seem to be on youtube and I'm surprised!

  • Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling and Talking Typewriter.

Stephen J. Cannell would have lots of Fun with Him.

  • @AaronBruceLadner

    Who is Stephen J. Cannell?

  • @Smartboy8877 Stephen J. Cannell was a Megahit TV Producer, and a Novelist. Mr. Cannell produced shows like The A-Team, The Greatest American Hero, Riptide, Silk Stalkings, Wiseguy, and Hunter.

  • @AaronBruceLadner

  • i totally forgot about typewriter guy - great flashback !

  • WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!! THIS IS A BLAST FROM THE PASSSSTTTTTTTTT!! WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THISSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! WOW!~

  • Omg did it die?

  • NOOO NOOO NOO NOO-NOO NOOOO

  • Even though kids see a lot of keyboards on computers these days , I bet many growing up now have never seen a typewriter. I guess it's no surprise they retired the singing typewriter. Sesame Street has changed every bit as much as the rest of the world. How about a special antiques episode? Showing everything from audio cassettes , 8-track tapes , vinyl records , the old typewriter , land line phones and phone booths , and more. I've noticed a lot of change since 1980 when I was a kindergartner.

  • the ball bounce on the floor flat. lol.

  • "did the typewriter die?" lmao you guys leave comments that crack me up I miss how sesame street used to be

  • noooonanoooonanooooo...I miss the old Sesame St. too

  • did the typewriter died?

  • haha he got pwned by the ball

  • for the 21st century, they should do a laptop on wheels!! lol

  • Good one. lmao!!

  • Or legs--kinda like a robot!

  • I always did like the singing typewriter.Noo,noo, noo, noo, noo

  • His B key was located at the bottom of his keyboard, just like a real typewriter.

  • I have a question, what did he do for "I"?

  • i always wondered if it was black or white. are those sleeves gloves or both?

as an adult i think i can say that typewriters have no specific race, lol.

but i thout as a kid he seemed blacker than not, and i kind of wonder how this even became a point of curiosity to me.

  • i miss the old sesame street

  • woah, i remember that!

  • Noony Noony Noo! Can't get more classic than that :)

  • He looked like an old rotary phone to me.

  • Noony noony noony noo! I love Typewriter Guy!

  • silly typewriter :)

  • I love that typewriter!!! Always have.

  • Me too!
