Apparently Youtube makes the decision whether the resolution of uploaded videos meets their requirements, and then THEY decide whether to offer the clips in their higher quality mode, so apparently, there's nothing that you can do.
Excellent Performances. Would it also be possible for you to offer versions in YouTube's newer high quality mode? This would enable us to see much sharper versions of your clips.
