i didn't have lag when playing composet video on a big tv, what i did get was a weird sort of blur, not really too bad but bad enough that if i was playing a text heavy game i'd get a head ache, so i ended up getting a component cable for my wii and GC since i play them on my wii now and my old portable cathode ray tv from the loft for ps2 and snes :P
