If the target audience are Indians, which is evident from that ghastly accent, why can't the language be Hindi? I don't understand the reason behind using preferring English with horrible accent over Hindi.

If the intended audience included non-Hindi speakers, they could have used an accent that atleast is not so awkward like this.

Even though it is in targeted for indian children,you could have selected best accent in the world! Every state in India has its own accent and region in the world has its own English accent.But it is self-inflicting to think that the indian children wont understand if we give the best accent available.Give them the best;they will easily absorb it.That is surely for every children in this world!!
