HOPE is a powerful thing. 8 years of disaster has created this ... we all make the difference and let's hope Obama's words are that change we have been waiting on. Now is our time to get involved. There is something for all of us to do. I thought it would have to come from a third party but maybe Obama will be that one to lead us into change.
We have been told by a chorus of cynics that we cannot do this...we have been warned against false hopes, but in the unlikely story that is America, there has never been anything false about hope.
Yes, we can restore our nation to its former greatness. Yes we can fund education. Yes we can design a better health care delivery and payment system. Yes we can support alternative energy measures. Yes we can support our veterans fully, old and new. We are the ones who can do it. Get some hope, get fired up and make the 1st change. Vote OBAMA! Join the American family and work for the change you want. We can be proud of our president and our government again. Vote Barack Obama 4 POTUS. Amen.
We can chnage things and make the problems we do have a lot better. I will tell you that someone, hear me, SOMEONE, can make things alot worse and his name is John McCain.
There's very little difference between Hillary and Barack. In fact, there's little difference between Clinton and McCain. The only real difference, 1 side wants health care, the other, never ending war. Sadly, neither side seems to know that America is bankrupt. Our dollar will soon be worthless and our cities will be war zones as armed gangs loot stores and homes in search of food. None of these people are even talking about the real problems we face. Nothing will change regardless of who wins.
It will never change as long as "we the people" sit on our asses and believe that democracy is a spectator sport. Voting every couple of year is one part of democracy. Each of us only has two Senators and one Congressman. Most dont even know who they are and it is only three people. Yet, they can tell you every winner of American Idol! Dont point the finger at the politicians....look in the mirror. Have you done everything you can do today to make a difference?
Anyone still believe his bullshit?

It's nice to speak of this vague notion of "change" yet nobody can tell me exactly what would be different if Obama is elected.
