if you are good with weaving, go with dual hammers with 3760 on each, with the main hand extendable, jeshuchi hammer or the dragon one idk wtf is called on english server, or the menotios hammer, which allows you to have extendable atks using skills, and with weaving the activation rate for the 3760 dmg stones or whatever they are called on US server is very high

@Academicosoy & Haydeez: depends, greatswords usually have better attk speed, and poleharms have better knockdown.....for lower lvl pvp, i would say stacking crit with a good polearm would be the best bet for a glad....as for higher lvls i have no idea

Depend on ur weapon. Extendable Weapons r always the best.

With GS, u have stable dmg & lower basic crit rate (10). With Polearm, u can get sudden-higher dmg & higher basic crit rate (50). But, Average Dmg (Min/2 + Max/2) of Polearm are always higher than GS. ...u know that only Gladiator can use Polearm...

gs for pvp? you must be one dumb cracker, being a 50 glad myself and actually knowing the class.. its polearm all the way, you cannot CANNOT forget the 40 extra crit you get with the polearm.. with that you can stack more +5 attack.. = higher damage and the polearm already has a higher end damage output which you want in pvp. listen kids.. go grind, lvl up, kill zapiel.. and get Zapiel's Spear.. rape every1. Simple.

I have played wow before, and then my friend just showed me this game... all i can think about is how frickin similar it is to wow... i mean, to me at least there's barely any difference at all. the layout looks identical, graphics look about the same, loot system is the same, even moving around and attacking looks bloody the same. Attacking is much more "pretty" in this game, more effort put in the animations.

lol the point im trying to make is, think about wow and the following thin and how they relate to aion way too much:

-how the character moves/jumps

-attackin(not graphics, but action bar and attack icons, i mean really, even the spinning delay timer thing and the glowing spinning auto symbols)

-layout of game screen

-looting system

-enemy attack delay bar

i could keep going, but cant be bothered to look for more similarities. Only diff i see is new armor/character looks & graphic changes

@asins sorry my friend but aion's graphics are much better than eve's. Eve's graphic might seem better but thats because they need a lot less pixels on the screen at a time. Not to mention, Eve's graphics are supported my CCP's game engine instead of everyone individual graphics cards.

Based on the stats hes listing in his comment you dont want to go dual wield until you can get a very significant amount of crit. Greatswords and Polearms are definitely the way to go until higher content.

You would want to play a Chanter then. Gladiators cant heal. Only classes that can heal are Clerics (main heals) and Chanters (off heals, buffs, & dps). I'm a lvl 34 Chanter and I love it. You have almost no down time doing anything. Only thing lacking even a little are your heals. Chanters dont have near the heals that Clerics do. BUT, unlike Clerics, Chanters can deal out some decent damage.

gladiator have only 2 healing skills with cooldown of like 3 mins+ but Cleric / Chanters can heal themselves :-) but i still recommend gladiator as i am a lvl 43 gladiator on EU servers.

This guy doesn't play the Glad very well. He misses A LOT of chains and half of the time doesn't follow up on cleave. I also can't believe he missed that crashing blow and that many crip cuts -_-. Still a good video though. And yes, this is the regular in-game music.
