  • I was working out at the gym and I can't bench much i max 240 I'm 17 I saw this random semi skinny black guy telling 485... Makes me feel so weak

  • @MXhm91 I done some bodybuilding in 2009 and have been stuck at 465 benchpress for 2 years until I started training with bands and chains in Jan 2010. I hit 470 at SLP meet after 6weeks of bands and then jumped to 480 on May 1, 2010 at a SPF meet after 16 weeks of band and chain training. I have been stuck at 480 from May 8 but I feel Im close to 485-490. My next meet is In New Orleans at the 504RAW meet on Sept 11, 2010.

  • Does smelling salts really work?

  • First time to ever use smelling salts... Ill use again because it didnt hurt.

  • @Ccomprock They help open LUNGSup but I always do the same weight with and without but its harder waiting 15-20 minutes between sets. So salts do help. 5-6 minutes between sets or max efforts is when Im at my best. I stay warm and strongest compaired to 15 minute breaks.

  • Great lift. just wondering what kinda meet this was because ive done a few small ones and they made me hold the bar till they said lift which seemed to be 1 to 2 seconds. nice form on that lift.
