I was recommended her music by a friend, I rented the cd from the library added it to my Itunes and forgot about it for a year. Than I was watching Revenge and couldn't get past the wonderful song from the pilot. And soon realized all along I had her song and album on my itunes.... oops! Should listen to my friends advice more often and give real musicians a chance to steal my heart away more often. Agnes is a fresh breath of air. I love her and hope to see more :)

Adele is absolutely amazing, but her voice gets a bit tiring and annoying, but Agnes' voice is so soothing and her music is calming and has a bit of a natural charm about it. I like Agnes Obel's music because it seems like she's not trying too hard to be different. She just is. In a good way.
