This game is based on the Bible story of Salome, and the Oscar Wilde play by the same name. If you don't understand this game, look up a summary of the play and read an article on the bible story.
It takes place AFTER the events. Well... kinda. The prison scene is during, the rest is after. The Dance she is doing here is the 'seven vales', a dance created for an opera/dance of the same story, also called Salome. (Old old piece, way before our time lol)
So yeah- most gamers aren't gonna get it
