Okay, way to delete a comment which points out something you don't like. Plastic stock / grip isn't a good choice for the PKM. A PKM should have wood furniture, like the vast bulk of them usually have. It's iconic.
I'd love to buy this weapon though, I've wanted to see an airsoft PKM for ages. If they won't bother making wood furniture, I wonder if authentic PKM wood furniture would fit...? Probably not the stock, SIGH.
@evulclown Sorry about that - we had a bit of a flame war erupt on one of our other videos that required moderating, and your comment may have been deleted accidentally.
I (Kyle @ AirsoftFix) actually agree about the stock - I have the Guarder steel/wood kits for the AKS74U, AK74, and RPK, and think the wood adds a lot of character, and only looks better after being heavily used. I'm sure somebody will come out with an aftermarket stock (or maybe a real one will fit?)
@AirsoftFix Ah, okay, I take back my comment then :)
It looks a lot better having wood furniture for sure. You'd also expect it to be wood as standard, it is for the RPK that they sell. I don't quite get the logic behind their decision. It could be just a prototype run and they haven't produced the wood stock yet? (I hope!).
Having to purchase real steel furniture / after market parts to amend this would be a pain too, as it seems the gun won't be cheap. Oh well, we can but hope!
