can you use the sequencer on the Revolution for the filter (as opposed to pitch)?

i have one (revolution)i find the DSP effects a bit weak i usually leave them completely off.

I thought my Moog Little Phatty could do some sick drum filtering but the DSP effects on the R2 give it the edge

The Machinedrum ranges from around $1500-1800, depending on which version.
The Future Retro is a bit under $800.

I have a Rev myself, but haven't used it as an external FX on drums, din't know it sounded this good! I use to patch the phone-out to ext-in to get som really spooky & wierd sounds! ;P
